Jean-Michel has significant experience in dealing with the Luxembourg direct and indirect tax authorities.
He is specialised in providing international direct and indirect tax services to companies in the financial, industrial and real estate sectors.
Jean-Michel has been involved in operations and structures set up by large and reputed international groups using Luxembourg as a centre for European-wide real estate investments, for which he has a wide experience in due diligence and cross-border deals, involving M&A, liquidations, financing and restructuring operations.
He is also actively involved in Transaction & Restructuring services.
Jean-Michel has been a member of Grant Thornton since 2004.
He worked for 13 years with Big 4 firms in international and domestic tax matters before he joined Grant Thornton.
Jean-Michel is responsible for editing the Luxembourg section of the CCH European Manual.
