He has 27 years of experience including 19 years in advisory in the financial sector in Luxembourg, addressing banks, management companies and investment firms / specialised / support PFS, PI/EME. He had previously worked 8 years in various custody and private banking environments as account administrator, IT administrator, business analyst and project manager.
Lionel has a broad experience in client assignments pertaining to strategic organisation set-up / improvement / transformation, management consulting, regulatory and compliance, information system transformation.
He has a strong background in management advisory, projects, banking systems, securities processing, back-office and front office operations and IT general controls.
Lionel has transversal skills in various fields pertaining to banking & finance environments such as compliance, regulated entities set-up and running, regulatory reporting, data protection (GDPR), tax information matters (CRS/FATCA/QI), back-office securities processing (settlement / corporate actions / payments processing automation), IT general controls.
