Brexit, which implications?
17 Sep 2019Despite the doubts around the exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Soft or Hard Brexit ?), we would like to inform you about the consequences to be expected in case of a Hard Brexit and in absence of a transitional period:
- The European laws will no longer be applied to the employees coming from the United Kingdom
- Documents issued under current regulations will no longer be valid
There are still other areas of uncertainty, including but not only:
- The secondment
- The way how will be considered the years of UK social contributions for the pension in Luxembourg
- The health care coverage for UK nationals
