With more than 20 years of experience in financial and advisory services for financial entities and international groups, Andia Shtepani has been appointed as the new Partner at Grant Thornton Luxembourg, heading up and responsible for our Advisory Business Line.
After joining Grant Thornton in 2018 she has created the highly successful EU Institutions practice and rapidly growing Sustainability & ESG services.
Andia has an executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SAID Business School, University of Oxford, a Master’s degree in Economics, Monetary Policy & Finance and she is certified in Sustainability Management from Cambridge University.
Now leading the advisory line of the firm, her new role covers EU and Public Offerings, Governance Risk & Compliance, Corporate Sustainability, ESG and Impact Investing, Prudential Valuations, Data Privacy & GDPR, Info Security and Business Transformation.
