Corporate firms have been promoting diversity in all fields in the quest for creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace. Of the initiatives to address gender parity, specifically in the field of cybersecurity, is the Women4Cyber initiative from the European Cybersecurity Organisation (ECSO) that offers a platform to increase the role of women in the field of cybersecurity, by encouraging and facilitating access to cyber professions.
Women4Cyber has representative chapters in a number of countries including Luxembourg.
