Human Rights

We prioritise our colleagues because we believe that fostering a safe, positive, respectful, diverse and inclusive workplace will lead to the success of our people.

Our corporate culture is built on our 6 core values of Collaboration, Leadership, Excellence, Agility, Respect and Responsibility.

In 2021, we became a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) with the aim to further embed our ambitions to contribute to Sustainable Development. Ever since we strive to strategically incorporate sustainability into all aspects of our daily operations and further engage with our stakeholders.

In 2022, we signed the National Pact on Human Rights in Business, thereby renewing our commitments to have a strategic approach to the determination and management of salient human rights issues. The National Pact for Business and Human Rights is a Luxembourgish initiative, undertaken by the Luxembourgish Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (EMAA) and the National Institute for Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (INDR). At its core, it is a voluntary commitment by business leaders to implement the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Although we consider our risk to be moderate when it comes to causing, contributing to or being linked with human rights violations, we are committed to respecting and stewarding the human rights of our people. Because we believe that these commitments begin “at home”, we place these principles at the centre of our corporate culture.
