A new approach in response to COVID-19
The COVID-19 crisis has highlighted the need for cutting-edge expertise in constantly evolving areas such as security, IT, cybersecurity, business continuity and data protection. At the same time, there is a strong pressure on companies' cash flow and therefore it is pushing managers to optimise their investments more than ever.
However, some companies encountered challenges to meet these needs due to the limited availability and high cost of such specialists. The latter, although touching on critical areas, also have an involvement that is not always required on a full-time basis.
On-demand services for greater flexibility
In addition to core advisory services in the banking and financial domains, Grant Thornton now offers the possibility of "on-demand" access to specialists for specific functions, such as CIO (Chief Information Officer), CISO (Chief Information Security Officer), CFO (Chief Financial Officer), DPO (Data Protection Officer), Business Continuity Manager, and Cloud Officer.
