CSSF Circular 22/806: Paving the way to compliance
On April 22, 2022, the CSSF has issued a new – and long awaited – circular on outsourcing, Circular 22/806. With this new circular, CSSF aligns obligations on EBA guidelines and makes it applicable to most of regulated entities in Luxembourg. The Circular concerns business process outsourcing, IT (non-) cloud outsourcing. In addition, it brings clarifications on ICT outsourcing possibilities and limitations for Support PFS.
