Experience
Charles has over 20 years of experience in corporate and business law.
He mainly focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, group restructuring and reorganisations’ projects, liquidations, shareholders disputes and directors / liquidators’ liability.
He regularly assists large multinational companies in the planning and implementation of international group structuring and related financing projects. He also advises mid-sized EU companies and local start-ups on launching and developing their businesses in Luxembourg.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Charles practiced as Avocat à la Cour for over 12 years in a top ranked independent law firm in Luxembourg, where he developed strong relationships with the Benelux as well as the UK, US and EU Northern & Eastern markets.
Prior to that, he worked for reputable law firms in Luxembourg, Brussels and Singapore.

Numerous internal and external conferences and workshops to clients and prospects in respect of specific corporate topics such as liquidations, bankruptcies, shareholders disputes and directors, liquidators’ liability, abuse of corporate assets, representation of companies towards third parties, shadow management, etc.
