He has a significant experience in the private equity sector and the acquisition structure of debt portfolios.

He also advises clients on the determination of arm's length prices for all types of related party transactions with a focus on financial transactions.

Jean-Nicolas has 19 years of experience in international taxation. He joined Grant Thornton in 2014.
